When it comes to home building, Dave’s ultimate goal is to settle clients into their new dream home feeling happy and well looked after. And there are several things he does to achieve that goal.

Dave attends to his clients’ questions and solves their issues. He also manages his talented team of contractors and vendors with skill and grace to ensure each client’s experience is relaxing and productive. Upbeat and thoughtful, Dave brings a healthy dose of fun to each client’s home building journey.

After graduating with a degree in industrial management, Dave became vice president of marketing and operations for an energy conservation company; he established their nationwide dealer network and successfully grew the company’s residential and commercial sectors. Since 1987, Dave has enjoyed building homes and developing land. A Connecticut native, Dave, his wife and three children live in Mystic, Connecticut.
